Hello, Metal Gladiators!

The Season 3 of the Metal Pass is here!

On this season, Metal Herald and the Sect of Metal will take over Heavy Metal Machines. Rampage and Little Monster have been converted and are working for the rulers, with brand new models. Killer J. is just mocking the Sect, after all, he is a clown!

To improve everyone’s experience here’s a new feature. The GPS got revamped and bigger. It also changes color. Blue when your team has the bomb, orange when the opponent has it, white when the bomb is loosened around, and golden when you are carrying it. On the options menu, you can set opacity, size and turn on/off (which will automatically activate the older version of it). Take a look:

 

Balance

  • Artificer

    • General
      • Max HP reduced from 600 to 550
      • The special weapon charge will “charge” faster if an enemy is hit by either weapon 1 or 2.
    • Passive
      • Removed the self-repair for healing allies
      • Repair reduced in 70%
    • Weapon 1
      • Added a self-repair of 40% of the repair dealt to an ally
      • Repair on the allies fixed on 175 (previously it would vary around 125)
    • Weapon 2
      • Dealt damage reduced from 120 to 100 (frontal hit deals the double: 200)
      • Added 140 of repair to allies (280 on frontal hits)
    • Special Weapon
      • Added repair on allies and self (200 per second)
  • Black Lotus

    • Weapon 1
      • Removed area damage (total of less 40 of damage)
    • Weapon 2
      • Increased duration time from 0,5s to 0,75s
    • Weapon 3
      • Reduced duration time in 50%
      • Reduced cooldown duration from 7 to 4 seconds
  • Killer J.

    • Weapon 1
      • Reduced cooldown from 3 to 2 seconds
      • Now, enemies hit lose control for 0,5s
    • Weapon 2
      • Reduced warmup from 0,5s to 0,1s (nice hehe)
      • Increased initial damage from 130 to 200
      • Removed final damage
      • Increased post hit effect from 1s to 1,25s
      • Bugfix: Hit enemies now have the teleport weapons (stargazer) and bomb grabber blocked during the effect of J.’s weapon 2

    • General
      • Max HP reduced from 650 to 550

      • Reduced central projectile damage from 120 to 100

      • Reduced damage from 250 to 200

      • Max HP reduced from 650 to 600
  • Stargazer

      • Removed speed reduction as the pilot carries the bomb

      • Reduced initial damage from 50 to 30
    • Weapon 2
      • Reduced initial repair from 30 to 20
    • Weapon 3
      • Reduced the special weapon charge in 25% when pilot teleports from one ally to the other

      • Reduced initial repair from 100 to 50
  • Metal Herald

    • Weapon 1
      • Reduced warmup from 0,25 to 0,05
      • Increased projectile speed in 50%
      • Now the enemy hit is slightly pushed
    • Weapon 2
      • Increased projectile speed in 15%
    • Weapon 3
      • Removed acceleration and added a push
  • Full Metal Judge

    • Weapon 1
      • The use of weapon 1 doesn’t block the use of the special or weapon 3
      • Damage reduced from 60 to 50 (90 to 75 if weapon 2 is active)
      • Temporary HP gain reduced from 50 to 40
    • Weapon 3
      • The use of weapon 3 doesn’t block weapon 1 or special anymore
